1. Processing & Production Time

Because we follow a Print-on-Demand model, your items are not sitting in a warehouse; they are crafted after you order.

  • Standard Processing: 2–3 business days.

  • Peak Seasons: During holidays or sales, production may take 4–5 business days.

  • Orders are processed Monday through Saturday (excluding National Holidays).

2. Estimated Shipping Times

Once your order is printed and packed, it is handed over to our courier partners. The estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days after dispatch.

  • Rest of India: 4–7 business days after dispatch.

  • Remote Locations/North East: 7–12 business days after dispatch.

  • International Shipping: 10–15 business days depending on the destination country.

[!NOTE] Total Delivery Time = Production Time (2-3 days) + Shipping Time (3-7 days). Usually, customers receive their orders within 5–10 business days.

3. Shipping Charges

4. Incorrect Address or Undeliverable Packages

We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a re-shipping fee will be charged to send it out again.
