Returns & Refunds Policy


At VAYRA every product is printed specifically for you. Because of the custom nature of our products, we do not support returns or exchanges for "change of mind" or "incorrect size" orders.

1. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is misprinted, damaged, or defective, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund.

  • Claim Window: You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Mandatory Requirement: To process your claim, you must provide:

    1. A clear unboxing video showing the package being opened.

    2. High-quality photos of the defect and the original packaging.

  • How to Claim: Email these details to [vayra1727@gmail.com] with your Order ID.

2. Sizing Issues

Please refer carefully to our Size Chart before placing an order.

  • Since each item is custom-printed, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds if you ordered the wrong size.

  • A measurement tolerance of ±0.5 inches is standard for apparel and is not considered a defect.

3. Incorrect Design or Color

  • Wrong Item: If we sent you the wrong design or color entirely, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.

  • Color Variation: Please note that screen colors (RGB) may vary slightly from printed colors (CMYK). Minor color variations are not eligible for a refund.

4. Lost in Transit

If your tracking status has not updated for more than 15 days (Air) or 20 days (Surface), please contact us. We will work with our fulfillment partner to verify the loss and either re-ship your order or issue a refund.

6. Refund Processing

  • Once your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
